Each event/class/retreat that we promote at La Jolla Pres will relate to a certain sized audience. For example, an adult woman’s retreat will only relate to 60% of our congregation. Depending on the size of the audience, there is a certain level of promotion that will occur for the event. This is called a “promotional tier.” A promotional tier ensures that we are using our resources and time wisely. Listed below are the four tiers of promoting at La Jolla Pres. Promotional vehicles are subject to change as effective ways of communicating progress and evolve. Events under each tier are subject to change as interest and participation increases or decreases. Promotional items may depend on available funds in the ministry’s budget. If the ministry does not have the budget for certain promotional vehicles, then promotions may not be at full capacity.

LIGHT: Small volume events that affect very small and specific groups. These are usually groups that are already established.
